Returns & Refunds:

Our policy on refunds and returns is that we do not offer any returns or refunds on any purchase. All purchases made with Buckeye Brownies are final.

Buckeye Brownies is not liable for any damaged or melted goods during shipping. We are also not liable for shipping delays, as transit times are outside of our control - delays do not qualify for a refund of shipping costs or transit time.

If Order Protection is not selected at checkout, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of a replacement product if the item is damaged or lost in transit. If Order Protection is selected, please contact us so we can assist with a resolution.
